Mochi, 5 ways - $75 per person (5-course mochi dessert dishes) - can be done at your office, requires only a microwave Ramen - $95 per person (gyoza appetizer + homemade noodles + ramen soup + toppings) + venue rental fee of $50 (Berkeley) OR ​$0 rental fee for San Leandro venue Mochi and Ramen Combo- $125 per person (doesn't include gyoza and includes 3 mochi dishes) Sushi, 5 ways - includes 5 different rolls (fresh, sashimi grade fish, shrimp tempura) - $95 per person - can be done at your office A La Carte - $65 per person base --> Appetizers : Chicken Kara-age (Japanese bite-size fried chicken) - $20 per person per lesson Gyoza -succulent and crispy Japanese dumplings, hand folded, steamed, and pan fried, $25 per person per lesson Homemade Kimchi - $50 per person per lesson Japanese Rice Balls (technique + 5 different kinds) - $40 per person per lesson Mains: Thai Green Curry - $40 per person per lesson (includes steamed Jasmine Rice plus choice of protein and vegetables) Pad Thai Noodles w/ choice of protein and vegetables - $40 per person per lesson Sukiyaki (Japanese Beef Hot Pot with Fresh Rice) - $40 per person per lesson Yaki Udon (Udon noodle stir fry with protein and vegetables) - $35 per person per lesson Jajangmyeon (Korean noodles in blackbean sauce) - $40 per person per lesson Sushi Class (featuring 4-5 different rolls using fresh fish and tempura shrimp) - $95 per person per lesson Vegetable Korma (Indian vegetarian curry w/ homemade naan bread) - $55 per person per lesson Desserts: French Macarons - $65 per person per lesson ​Japanese Breads (cream pan, curry pan, red bean pan) - $65 per person per lesson
